HOCHTIEF PPP Solutions GmbH is the HOCHTIEF Group's competence center for all managed real estate, concession and privatization projects in the product market segments of toll roads/traffic infrastructure and public-sector building construction/community infrastructure. The toll roads market segment comprises tunnel, bridges and in particular highways. The market segment of public-sector building construction includes schools, administrative buildings, correctional facilities and hospitals. The service spectrum covers the complete development, financing, realization and operation of privately financed infrastructure projects.

HOCHTIEF PPP Solutions operates in Europe and South America. The concessions and PPP market in Australia and Southeast Asia are processed by HOCHTIEF's Australian subsidiary Leighton.
