  • Herrentunnel Lübeck, Germany: The limited-recourse financing for this project was the first cash flow based financing for a traffic infrastructure in project in Germany.   • Vespucio Norte Express, Chile: The bond issue for long-term financing of the toll beltway was placed within just one minute. The AAA-rated bond amounted to the equivalent of EUR 350 million.
