Overview
In May 2005, HOCHTIEF PPP Solutions GmbH won the contract for a further
public-private partnership (PPP) school project. In Leverkusen, the company will
finance, refurbish and operate the building complex which is under preservation
order.
The project comprises three buildings with an area of approximately
23,000 square meters and some 34,000 square meters of exterior premises. The
contract volume is about EUR 70 million. HOCHTIEF will invest EUR 26 million
altogether and ensure smooth school operation over a period of 29 years.
