HOCHTIEF PPP Solutions is a wholly owned subsidiary of HOCHTIEF Concessions AG, which develops and implements concessions and operator projects. All shares in HOCHTIEF Concessions are held by HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft. Within the Group, HOCHTIEF PPP Solutions belongs to the HOCHTIEF Concessions division together with HOCHTIEF AirPort GmbH.
