On the basis of PPP contracts, HOCHTIEF is currently realizing a total of 89 schools in Germany, the UK and Ireland, and the city hall in Gladbeck and the Fürst Wrede barracks in Munich. PPP models increasingly prove their value in public-sector building construction. In the UK, almost one in every five projects is already implemented and operated privately in some market segments, Germany is still starting out in this field.
